Chain Sentinel is an AI-powered SCAM token detection service for the Solana blockchain. We provide:
- Token analysis using Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and XGBoost ML models
- REST API for programmatic access
- Web dashboard for token monitoring
- Wallet watchlist and alert notifications
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Pro Tier ($29/month)
- 1,000 API requests per day
- Full dashboard and analytics
- Telegram/Discord alerts
- Wallet watchlist (50 wallets)
- Billed monthly in USDC or credit card
4.3 Enterprise Tier ($99/month)
- Unlimited API requests
- Priority support 24/7
- Custom integrations
- Unlimited wallet watchlist
- Billed monthly in USDC or credit card
4.4 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
- API keys are personal and non-transferable
- Do not share your API key publicly
- Rate limits are enforced per tier (100/1,000/unlimited requests per day)
- Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension
- Abuse or excessive usage may result in account termination
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond API limits
- Resell or redistribute our data without permission
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including ML models, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by Chain Sentinel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Investment Advice
Chain Sentinel provides informational analysis only. We do NOT provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Our SCAM detection is based on ML models and may contain errors.
8.2 No Guarantees
We do NOT guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of SCAM detection (current accuracy: ~96%)
- Prevention of financial losses
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Detection of all SCAM tokens
8.3 "AS IS" Service
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are NOT liable for any financial losses, damages, or losses of cryptocurrency
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- You use the Service at your own risk
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chain Sentinel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. No refunds for partial months.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Pose a security risk
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (EU). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
